1. Acceptance of Terms  

By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and  Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of the terms, you must refrain from using our  services or website.  

2. Services Offered

A Noble Sweep provides a wide range of chimney and fireplace services throughout
New Orleans and surrounding areas, including but not limited to:

  • Chimney Cleaning, Inspection, and Repairs
  • Chimney Installation and Maintenance
  • Fireplace Installation, Cleaning, and Repair
  • Pressure Washing, Surface Prep, Dustless & Sand Blasting
  • Graffiti Removal
  • Dryer Vent Cleaning, Maintenance, and Repairs
  • Valor Fireplace Installations
  • Bird Prevention & Chimney Caps Installation

We reserve the right to modify, expand, or discontinue any service at any time without
prior notice.

3. Service Areas

Our chimney and fireplace services are available in New Orleans and throughout surrounding areas in Louisiana. A full list of areas we serve can be found on our Service Areas page.

4. Scheduling and Appointments

Appointments can be scheduled via our contact form or by calling us directly at (504) 570- 0200. All appointments are subject to availability. We operate Monday through Friday, 9:00  AM to 5:00 PM.  

5. Payments and Pricing

All pricing is subject to change based on project complexity, material costs, and scheduling. Quotes provided during inspections are estimates only and final pricing may vary. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

7. Warranty & Liability

We stand behind our workmanship. Certain services may include a limited warranty, details of which will be provided in writing at the time of service. A Noble Sweep is not liable for damages resulting from pre-existing conditions, misuse, or external environmental factors beyond our control.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, images, and logos on https://anoblesweep.com are the property of A Noble Sweep Chimney Services LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Privacy & Data Use

Your privacy is important to us. Any information submitted via our contact forms or booking tools is used solely for scheduling, communication, and service improvement. For details, see our [Privacy Policy].

10. Third-Party Links & Tools

Our website may include embedded content (e.g., forms or maps) from third-party services such as LeadConnector or Google. We are not responsible for how third-party platforms collect or use your data.
